Summer is here, although it has been hot for weeks, and now it's cooled down and raining. A nice break.
I wish I could send some rain to Texas and Arizona!

I have been thinking of beachcombing, and the cool pacific ocean,
so I took a few photos of my shell collection I keep in Jars in the bathroom.
.
I added a fresh gardenia from my neighbors bushes. She is so nice to share.
I do think the two go together perfectly.
We collected all the shells from Oregon and Fl. except the starfish.
I tried that, and you just can't get the bad smell from them.
So anyone ready for some cool ocean air?

Hi dear Marcie, -so good to say hello again to you, here.
I love all your beach items, can`t find half of those gorgeus nature things here on my beach, but the sight from here looks almost the same, as the one on your photo--BEAUTIFUL.

Marcie,
I just caught up on your blog, you've done some great posts since I was last here. I love Miss Sandy too, such a sweet soul & talented. I am heading over to Lilla when I finish this, her work looks wonderful.
I love how you displayed your shells. We collect shells & rocks from everywhere we go. I will start rooting around the house for canisters & jars now.

I am from the Dallas, Texas area and went to beautiful Destin, Florida last week, I love the beach and that wonderful white sugar sand and turquoise water.
