Goose Pond

It was a beautiful overcast and much cooler morning on Saturday.
So we went fishing at a friends place!
Caught 30 brim in short order.
Very relaxing.

Back of the place overlooking the lake.
I hope you all had a nice weekend.

Oooh! The lake looks so cool and calming! I was just telling my husband(in this 100+ weather) how nice it would be to just sit by a lake and relax with a book. Your picture is just what I had imagined!
So glad you had a restful weekend!
Blessings,
Myrna

I have missed you. I have been unable to post comments on some blogs.(there was a hitch with blogger, all fixed now, I hope). I am so happy you are posting again. I missed my friend. The west coast misses you. I hope to go to the Oregon coast in Sept. and promise to post pics for you. Looks like you had a special weekend. Now I am off to play catch up.

Marcie,
I had the best weekend I could considering my sweet fella left Sat AM for Mexico on a mission trip.
He will be gone a week.
I miss him. =(
but, plugging along.

Glad I have friends like you who visit and leave me sweet notes. =)
