One of my Favorite Things

A Telephone Headset!!!!

We all use them in our house. We are Hooked!!

As life is so busy, talking on the phone with a headset while doing other things is a great way to multitask. No neck pain , free hands to do so many other things while chatting, or waiting on hold. I just put the phone in my pocket. I am not pushing any brand or style, this is just the one I have at the moment. I have bought expensive ones,,they do not last any longer than the one a WalMart for under $20.00. The only thing you need is a "plug in" place on the phone. It is worth getting a new phone with the plug in if you have to. It takes a very short while to get use to them. Like one call. When I am not using them I hook it over the top of a door. It's like the microwave, I didn't think it was all that great,,,untill I got one,,,now I don't want to live without it...I mean how else is there to make Popcorn....another favorite of mine. Try it ,,,you will like it. Now, I am just about one of the last holdouts on a cell phone, I hear they are hands free too. I am a big fan of the telephone and spend alot of time on it, unlimited long distance is great too.

Cute photos!!! I usually get very annoyed trying to talk on the phone and work on the computer at the same time (which I do often...lol!)...this would probably be the answer!

Oh, so you must all look like "Old Navy" shop employees walking around your house, LOL! Love the photos.

Hi
Love the headset idea. Here is something-when I collected red transferware, I liked anything that looked like it too-I saw you like the blue rooster dishes-A company called country door has a lot of blue rooster stuff, thought you might be interested. Just a thought.

Happy Monday, Marcie!
These pictures are just too cute! Thanks for visiting my blog this morning. It's always so good to hear from you! You saw blooming trees?!?!!!! Wow! We have seen the daffodils up here, and other precious flowers are beginning to push their way to the surface. I always worry about them this time of year and will panic if we get a cold snap (we always do). I don't want to lose any of my precious flowers!! I have SO MUCH to learn about this climate and the soil here. I've planted azaleas and lost them all, lost hydrangea, can't grow a peonie to save my life, and those I planted in Kentucky THRIVED! I don't know what I'm doing wrong here. :-( I know it's just a matter of learning the climate and soil here, but I seem to be fighting a losing battle! Maybe a good gardening class would be helpful for me....something to think about.

Have a wonderful week, Sweet Marcie!

I love how you showed the headset on heads! Adorable! Did you see the Antiques Road Show last night? One of the people had brought in a lion's head made out of paper mache that she bought at a yard sale for $2. It had glass eyes and the "expert" said it was from an early 20th Century circus. Worth much more - about $250 I think. It was the neatest piece of folk art!
A Happy Day to You!

Crack me up. I should put mine on something like that so I know where it is- and it stays out of the dog's mouth!

Thanks for all the great blog recommendations. I am working to renovate a vintage Victorian...which was dilapidated, (rustic would have been a compliment) stop by and see me...
